Adds a new FAQ entry under 'Workflow Design' explaining how to use preserve-branch-name + recreate-ref or push-to-pull-request-branch to direct the agent to an existing branch from Jira issue context. Adds a new FAQ entry under the Workflow Design section answering the common question of how to direct the agent to use a branch name embedded in a Jira issue description, rather than creating a new one.
